On August 14, Mantle said at X that a new proposal from the team of Mantle Core contributors has been posted to the Mantle Forum, which details the Mantle Core budget for the July 2024-June 2025 budget cycle.
The new proposal authorizes a USDx limit of $52 million and a total MNT limit of 200 million.
In the second budget cycle, the interim budget for Mantle's core contributors is $15 million USDx and 50 million MNT. The MNT allocation represents about 1.5% of the MNT circulating supply, which is below the industry standard.
