新提案授权 USDx 限额为 5200 万美元，MNT 总限额定为 2 亿枚。
第二个预算周期中，Mantle 核心贡献者的临时预算为 1500 万美元 USDx 和 5000 万枚 MNT。MNT 分配约占 MNT 流通供应量的 1.5%，低于行业标准。
