Montenegro's Supreme Court Committee is due to decide by the end of this week whether to delay the extradition of Terraform Labs co-founder Do Kwon to South Korea, according to Montenegro daily Vijesti. The State Supreme Prosecutor's Office of Montenegro has requested the Supreme Court to review the legality of the ruling made by the Montenegro Court of Appeal and has proposed delaying its implementation. The Prosecutor's Office believes that the decision of the Court of Appeal violates the Law on International Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters.
