据黑山日报Vijesti报道，黑山最高法院委员会将于本周末前决定，是否推迟将Terraform Labs联合创始人Do Kwon引渡至韩国。黑山国家最高检察官办公室已请求最高法院复审黑山上诉法院所做裁决的合法性，并提议推迟执行该裁决。检察官办公室认为，上诉法院的裁决违反了《刑事事项国际法律援助法》。
