SBI Holdings将在今年年底前与资产管理公司富兰克林邓普顿（Franklin Templeton）成立一家主要处理数字资产的管理公司。美国已经解除了对包含比特币等加密资产（虚拟货币）的交易所交易基金（ETF）的禁令，日本也正在准备放松管制。新公司将持有 SBI Holdings 51% 的股份和富兰克林邓普顿 49% 的股份。
