加密资产交易服务WhaleFin的运营商Amber Japan已于2024年7月1日更名为S.BLOX。S.BLOX的前身是日本交易所DeCurret，它于2022年2月被新加坡做市商Amber Group的子公司收购，随后于2023年8月被索尼集团全资子公司Quetta Web Co., Ltd.收购。
作为索尼集团的成员，S.BLOX计划促进与该集团多元化业务的合作，并致力于在加密资产交易服务中创造新的附加值。
