SenseTime: Proposed Placing of 1.673 billion Shares at HK $1.20/share at a 9.1% discount

On 21 June, SenseTime (00020.HK) announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange the placing of new Class B Shares under the General Mandate. On 21 June 2024 (prior to the trading session), the Company entered into a Placing Agreement with the Placing Agent, pursuant to which the Placing Agent has conditionally and individually agreed to endeavour to procure not less than six Placers to purchase 1.673 billion Placing Shares at a price of HK $1.20 each, representing a 9.1% discount to the latest closing price. The total amount raised is approximately HK $2.008 billion.
