Fox Business reporter Eleanor Terrett posted on the X platform that it is important to note that the Securities Exchange Commission has not yet filed charges against Consensys, after the Securities Exchange Commission mentioned in its Wells notice that there were violations in the swaps and pledges of the MetaMask wallet. In addition, the Wells notice was published by Consensys in April this year, so charges may emerge in the coming days/weeks.
