On June 18th, the Bitcoin staking protocol Babylon posted on the X platform that the third chapter of the testnet 4 will be launched tomorrow for a period of 5 days. In addition, according to community feedback, a fee adjustment function has been introduced in the staking page, allowing custom transaction fees to increase the chances of inclusion in the Signet block.
Note: Previously, due to network congestion in Babylon, gas-deficient transactions could not be included in the block.
