6月18日消息，比特币质押协议 Babylon在X平台发文表示，测试网 4 第 3 章将于明日上线，为期 5 日。此外根据社区反馈，在质押网页中引入了费用调整功能，允许自定义交易费用，以增加纳入Signet区块的机会。
注：此前 Babylon 因网络拥堵，常发生 Gas 不足交易无法纳入区块的情况。
