AEON, an AI agent settlement protocol for the agentic economy, said its user base has surpassed 2.3 million, with average monthly transaction volume exceeding $30 million and cumulative processing volume reaching $475 million. According to ChainCatcher, AEON said it is expanding Agent-to-Agent and Agent-to-Merchant use cases as it continues building a settlement layer for payments and settlement between AI agents and real-world commerce systems.
