On-chain analyst Ember reported that Arthur Hayes bought 3,298 ETH in an OTC deal through FalconX and Galaxy Digital two hours ago, spending 6.32 million USDC. According to Odaily, since July 15, Arthur Hayes (0x6cd...7e21) has spent a total of 13.82 million USDC to buy 7,212.6 ETH at an average price of $1,916.
