Siebert与Kakao Pay将推韩国股票代币化

据Odaily星球日报报道，纳斯达克上市金融服务公司 Siebert Financial Corp. 已同意成为 Kakao Pay Securities 的美国合作伙伴，双方计划通过 K-Stock Global Gateway 将韩国股票面向美国投资者推出代币化交易服务。双方还计划探索韩国股票代币化，使美国投资者可在韩国证券交易所正常交易时段之外接触韩国股票，并研究代币化证券是否可支持 T+0 结算。初始代币化交易服务目标于 2027 年上半年推出，任何实施均需符合美国和韩国监管要求及投资者保护标准。
