据财新网报道，武汉市监委原委员肖军之子肖锐通过地下钱庄洗钱超过6400万港元，并以虚假资料骗取香港居留权。
据 PANews 报道，7月23日，香港区域法院宣判，37岁的肖锐因四项“洗黑钱”罪及一项“使用虚假文书的副本”罪全部成立，被判处监禁6年9个月。肖锐辩称涉案巨款来自母亲合法经商得益及自己出售比特币所得，但法庭拒绝接纳该说法。
