Poolin filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in New Jersey with debts of around $173 million. According to NS3.AI, the filing also includes its U.S. affiliates, Lonestar Dream and Lonestar Taproot, whose estimated liabilities range from $100 million to $500 million.

Thor CALAP LLC has submitted a $52 million bid for two West Texas mining sites. The filing follows a 2022 liquidity crisis that left 11,700 customers with $163.7 million in frozen funds.
