GEM Environmental said on July 24, 2026 that it had completed its first share repurchase through the Shanghai Stock Exchange’s centralized bidding system, buying 955,489 shares, or about 0.06% of its total share capital. The highest purchase price was 12.44 yuan per share, the lowest was 12.34 yuan, and the total amount paid was 11.82599471 million yuan, excluding stamp duty and trading commissions, according to Jiemian News. The company said the buyback complied with relevant laws, regulations and its repurchase plan.
