金管局：上半年接获2310宗银行投诉升22%

据明报报道，金管局今日刊发第28期《Complaints Watch》，披露今年上半年共收到2310宗银行投诉，较去年同期上升22%，主要因为香港警务处与认可机构因应诈骗问题严重而加强情报共享，银行增加对账户的审查和监控，令涉及银行账户操作的投诉上升。随着银行之间加强信息共享，当局并借助相关情报，从5938个账户中截获约9580万港元的怀疑犯罪所得。
