据明报报道，中国动向（3818）公布，已于今年7月24日与GSL及各卖方订立和解协议，以结算卖方认购贷款的未偿还款项，解决相关可收回性持续不确定性。
参与协议的卖方包括公司首席财务官及执董吕光宏、前执董兼首席执行官、现保留董事长特别助理职衔的张志勇，以及陈韶文、南鹏、王亚磊、孙薇和杨纲。
