Metaplanet CEO Simon Gerovich said he plans to build a three-stage digital credit market backed by Bitcoin. According to NS3.AI, the first stage would involve issuing preferred shares and corporate bonds backed by Bitcoin, with annual yields of 4% to 6%.
Gerovich did not provide additional details on the later stages of the planned market.
