华安证券拟回购1亿至2亿元股份

据界面新闻报道，华安证券7月23日公告称，拟以集中竞价交易方式回购公司股份，回购总金额不低于1亿元且不超过2亿元，回购价格不超过14.9元/股。回购股份将用于维护公司市场价值及股东权益，回购期限为自董事会审议通过本次回购方案之日起3个月内。
