据明报报道，特许公认会计师公会（ACCA）与澳洲及新西兰特许会计师公会（CA ANZ）联合发布研究报告《Enabling Finance Insight》显示，高达93%财务专业人士认为，人工智能（AI）生成商业洞察涉及AI幻觉、分析错误、数据不完整、缺乏透明度及偏见等问题，影响其可信性和可验证性。
报告又称，财务团队正加强运用实时营运数据，超过六成受访者在两年增加使用相关数据，以提升商业洞察并支持决策。
