Dassault Aviation, Thales and Indra rally on higher half-year revenue, order books

According to CNBC, shares of European defense groups Dassault Aviation, Thales and Indra Group rose after the companies reported higher revenue and stronger order books, reflecting the continent's defense upcycle. Dassault Aviation gained as much as 10% after it said adjusted net sales rose 46% year on year to 4.2 billion euros ($4.8 billion) in the first half of 2026. Thales and Indra each climbed as much as 5% after releasing half-year earnings early Thursday. Thales said sales increased nearly 8% year on year and order intake rose 22%.
