MBA：30年期抵押贷款利率升至6.69厘

美国抵押贷款银行协会（MBA）表示，截至上周五一星期，30年期抵押贷款利率上升4个基点，升至6.69厘，重返去年8月水平。据香港电台报道，调查机构指，6月通胀有所下降，但随着油价再度上升，7月数据难以延续改善趋势，预计抵押贷款利率可能维持较高水平。
