Carlyle Group Inc. is in talks to transfer sustainability consultancy Anthesis Group to its private credit lender Bridgepoint Group Plc, according to Bloomberg.
People familiar with the matter said the discussions could result in Bridgepoint taking control of Anthesis, which Carlyle owns.
