Arbitrum-based RWA trading platform Ostium said its team is working to restart the platform this week, with auditors, third-party cybersecurity experts, and engineering teams conducting final checks. According to Odaily, after trading resumes, open positions will be re-marked at real-time market prices when the platform restarts and will not be liquidated due to price swings during the suspension.
If a position is already below the liquidation threshold when trading resumes, liquidation will be carried out. Existing limit orders will remain unchanged.
Ostium Labs said it is also preparing a recovery plan for affected liquidity providers. The plan includes funding from its own balance sheet and compensation efforts with new and existing partners, and more details will be announced later.
