Xiaomi Raises 2026 Smartphone Shipment Target on Low-End Model Demand

According to supply chain sources, Xiaomi has raised its 2026 full-year smartphone shipment target from about 90 million units to 110 million units, an increase of about 16%, with the added volume mainly coming from low-end models. According to Jin10, a person close to Xiaomi said the target increase reflects the company's internal view that the current memory market may be set for a reversal, after Xiaomi cut its shipment target twice this year amid short-term and continued cost increases in upstream memory chips.
