Nasdaq-listed Bitcoin miner LM Funding America said it will officially change its name to PowerCompute starting July 22, 2026, as it shifts toward AI computing infrastructure. According to Odaily, the company said its common stock is expected to begin trading on Nasdaq under the new ticker symbol PWCM at the open on July 22, while its CUSIP number will remain unchanged and shareholders will not need to take any action.
The company said it will use its existing facilities and low-cost power resources to provide high-performance computing and artificial intelligence infrastructure services. It said it currently has two operating facilities with a total of 26 MW of low-cost power resources and plans to serve business customers with demand for AI computing capacity.
