AI security startup Neo has raised $100 million in funding led by Andreessen Horowitz and Bessemer Venture Partners, with participation from Craft Ventures and Merlin Ventures. According to Odaily, Neo describes itself as an "Agentic Software Control" company and says it is building a real-time control layer for enterprises.
The company said the system is designed to help security operations teams manage and protect AI agents, AI applications, browsers, identity systems, and intelligent functions in traditional software. Neo said the new funds will be used to expand its engineering and marketing teams and accelerate enterprise customer acquisition.
