据 ChainCatcher 报道，据 SEC Form 4 文件显示，Circle 总裁、前美国 CFTC 主席 Heath Tarbert 自 2025 年 6 月以来已累计 10 次出售 CRCL 股票，合计减持金额约 3077 万美元。目前他仍持有约 50.3 万股公司股票，暂无公开市场增持记录。
此前，Tarbert 在接受 FOX Business 采访时回应 CRCL 股价自约 260 美元高点跌至约 62 美元，称公司正着眼于长期发展，若 Circle 能实现构建互联网金融基础设施的使命，股价长期来看会给出答案。
