据明报报道，渣打预计今年香港GDP增长4.3%，渣打大中华及北亚高级经济师胡东安表示，以香港作为发达经济体而言，这一增速属于较快水平。上半年香港房地产市场回暖，但6月成交放缓，他认为主要受短期因素影响，包括早前股市表现较差、世界杯影响看房，以及5月底中国大陆收紧非正规投资资金来港，短期也对信心造成影响。
