Decentralized privacy protocol Hinkal said it will start returning funds this week to users who have completed the recovery process, with all refunds expected to be finished by July 22. According to Foresight News, Hinkal Pay and Hinkal Prime users will receive funds in wallets connected through a recovery link, while Hinkal Wallet users will receive funds by submitting a wallet address in the app.
Users who have not completed the recovery process can still do so through the official portal. According to Foresight News, CertiK Alert previously detected suspicious transactions involving Hinkal and estimated losses at about $800,000.
