China’s major stock benchmarks closed mixed on July 20, with the Shanghai Composite up 0.85% to 3,796.28, the Shenzhen Component down 0.71% to 13,610.23, the CSI 300 up 1.53% to 4,598.32, the ChiNext up 0.42% to 3,443.1, and the STAR 50 up 0.19% to 1,718.69. According to Jin10, the Shanghai Composite rose 32.13 points, the Shenzhen Component fell 96.65 points, the CSI 300 gained 69.23 points, the ChiNext added 14.47 points, and the STAR 50 increased 3.29 points.
