据CNBC报道，伊拉克和叙利亚周五签署协议，计划重建一条可替代霍尔木兹海峡的输油管道。协议在华盛顿一场有关美国投资伊拉克的商会峰会上签署，由美国能源部长克里斯·赖特主持，签署方包括巴士拉石油公司首席执行官巴塞姆·阿卜杜勒·卡里姆·纳斯尔和叙利亚石油公司首席执行官优素福·卡布拉维。该管道从伊拉克北部基尔库克延伸至叙利亚地中海沿岸，设计输送能力为每日70万桶，自2003年美军入侵伊拉克时受损后一直关闭。
