BTC AB said its BTC PREF preference share is expected to start trading on the Spotlight Stock Market on Monday, July 20, after investors subscribed for 52% of the offer. According to NS3.AI, the issue generated about SEK 12.2 million in gross proceeds, below the maximum of about SEK 23.4 million. BTC PREF carries a scheduled 10% annual cash yield at the SEK 120 issue price, though dividend payments may be deferred.
