Shein's initial public offering has been approved by the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing listing committee, Reuters reported, according to Ming Pao.
Earlier, Shein received approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission to list in Hong Kong. The report said Shein plans to raise billions of dollars, but the final fundraising size will depend on valuation.
