According to Foresight News, Atkins said paper delivery should become history, not the standard, in the era of artificial intelligence and blockchain technology.
The SEC said it proposed Regulation E-Delivery the same day, a new rule designed to expand the ability of issuers, broker-dealers, investment advisers, and other firms to use electronic delivery to meet federal securities law disclosure requirements.
