Bitcoin (BTC) traded just below $65,000 after South Korea raised rates for the first time in over three years to fight inflation. According to CoinDesk, the Bank of Korea lifted its benchmark by 25 basis points to 2.75%, while Korea’s headline inflation rose to 3.2%, the highest since 2023. Crypto investigator ZachXBT also called hardware wallets “complete garbage,” criticising Ledger and recommending a dedicated iPhone for signing transactions.
