Hadrius, an AI compliance infrastructure company, announced it has raised $27 million in seed and Series A funding led by CRV. According to Odaily, participants in the round included Y Combinator, Pathlight Ventures, Altruist, Jump AI, and the founder of FINNY.
The company said the new funding will be used to build AI-native compliance infrastructure for the financial services industry. Hadrius said it plans to use AI agent technology to integrate fragmented compliance reviews, risk monitoring, and regulatory document management into a single intelligent workflow.
