SK海力士已正式启动面向英伟达的12层HBM4量产出货，产品进入产能爬坡阶段。
据Odaily星球日报报道，与此前供应产品被归类为样品不同，此次HBM4为完成所有质量认证的最终规格，面向英伟达下一代AI平台“Vera Rubin”。
据悉，今年9月起，SK海力士将正式扩大HBM4出货规模，承接英伟达高端算力芯片供货需求。
