据 Foresight News 报道，该法案将细分数字资产产业、建立营业行为监管体系，并为稳定币制度化奠定法律基础。
韩国政府还提出支持修订《资本市场法》，引入比特币等数字资产现货 ETF；研究 CBDC 基础设施与其他区块链的互操作性；制定《国家资产基本法》，将虚拟资产纳入国家资产管理范畴等计划。
