据Odaily星球日报报道，英伟达此前“Plan A”基于台积电COUPE共封装光学平台，采用8波长DWDM和约50至64G NRZ调制技术；最新“Plan B”转向Tower Semiconductor的硅光子平台，采用16波长DWDM以及200G/400G PAM4调制方案。
