Cap Labs announced an updated plan for its Stabledrop program, including $4.2 million in stablecoin compensation for certain users in its Frontier Program. According to Foresight News, the compensation will be paid to users holding capped tokens in the Frontier Program and will be funded entirely from token sale proceeds.
Cap Labs said Frontier participants who are currently at a loss will receive enough cUSD to cover their losses.
Under the updated plan, Stabledrop will become redeemable starting July 13, 2026, and users will be able to claim the compensation during the following three months.
Only Frontier Program participants who incurred losses due to purchasing Pendle YT will be eligible for the compensation. Users holding cUSD or providing liquidity to Pendle LP will not receive stablecoin rewards.
