途虎养车秘密递交F-1启动美股双重上市

据界面新闻报道，2026年6月29日，途虎养车向美国证券交易委员会秘密提交F-1表格，启动美股双重上市程序；同日公司宣布15亿港元股份回购计划，拟在2028年7月底前于公开市场回购并注销不少于5000万股。公司披露，截至6月29日收盘股价12.64港元，总市值约104亿港元；其2023年港股上市发行价为28港元，上市首日市值约240亿港元。
