中纳签署共同发展经济伙伴关系框架协定

据界面新闻报道，7月10日，《中华人民共和国和纳米比亚共和国关于构建新时代中纳命运共同体的联合声明》公布。声明称，双方愿建立“智慧海关”合作伙伴关系，并探索在“一带一路”海关食品安全合作机制框架内加强动植物疫病防控、食品安全监管和检验检疫合作；双方签署共同发展经济伙伴关系框架协定，并推动早期收获及后续模块谈判取得积极进展。
