China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) said it has completed the filing registration for Shein International Holdings Co., Ltd. to issue shares and list overseas. According to Jin10, the CSRC’s Department of International Cooperation released a filing registration notice stating that the company plans to issue no more than 341,613,000 overseas-listed ordinary shares and list on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
