据明报报道，华为全球首席公共服务行业科学家高宏荣在“LEAP East”论坛表示，中国凭借覆盖广泛的固网及5G基础设施，为人工智能（AI）应用铺设“高速公路”，推动技术在政务、医疗、教育及中小企业等领域落地。
他称，华为提倡“统筹统建”，覆盖从基础设施、智算中心到数据治理等环节。
