*ST华闻公告称，公司第十届董事会2026年第一次临时会议审议通过《关于申请撤销退市风险警示的议案》，同意向深圳证券交易所申请撤销因触及《深圳证券交易所股票上市规则》第9.4.1条第(九)项情形而被实施的退市风险警示。据36氪报道，上述申请事项尚需深圳证券交易所审核。
