Metaplanet CEO Simon Gerovich said the company will complete its acquisition of Siiibo Securities Co. on July 13 and will relaunch it under the name Metaplanet Securities.
According to Foresight News, the company said it plans to combine its Bitcoin-focused balance sheet and related expertise to develop new revenue sources.
