U.S. President Donald Trump promoted “Trump Accounts” in the Oval Office at the White House and said children could use the funds in the accounts to build wealth. According to Jin10, Trump praised billionaire Michael Dell and Susan Dell, saying the couple had pledged to contribute more than $6 billion to help fund the accounts.

Trump told people present to “go buy a Dell (DELL.N) computer.” He joked that “we will always find a way to earn that money back for him.”

Trump also said naming the accounts after him was not his idea. He then asked Michael Dell whether Dell had ever told him he would not donate unless the accounts were named after the president. Trump said the answer was no, adding that he had done that in other matters, prompting laughter from those in attendance.
