7-Eleven起诉耐克涉Air Max 95侵权

据界面新闻报道，7月2日，7-Eleven向美国得克萨斯州北区联邦地区法院起诉耐克，称其拟于7月11日发售的Air Max 95Big Bubble QS 2（货号IR1944-102）在鞋身侧条纹使用与7-Eleven橙、绿、红三色横向条纹高度近似的配色，并将发售日选在“7-ElevenDay”，涉嫌违反美国《兰哈姆法》，构成商标侵权、不正当竞争及商业搭便车。截至7月6日，耐克尚未回应，涉事鞋款已从SNKRS APP部分区域下架。
